If you elect to use paid services, you agree to the terms of sale, pricing, payment and billing policies that apply to such services and fees. Some aspects of the service may be provided for a fee or other charge. In its sole discretion, Arena Gym may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend existing services, at any time.
The cancellation of your personal training or diet counseling is not refundable. In the event that Arena Gym suspends or terminates your account or this agreement, you understand and agree that you will not receive a refund or exchange for unused time on your subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the service, any content or data associated with your account, or anything else.
Any changes or updates to contact or billing information (including phone numbers, email addresses, credit card numbers, etc.) must be provided to the firm promptly by the customer. In order to secure payment, Arena Gym does not validate all credit card information required by the customer’s payment provider.
Customers should notify Arena Gym within 30 days if they encounter any billing problems or discrepancies.
1. The Arena Gym has a clear ‘No Refund Policy’. Once a Fitness Centre membership is purchased online on our platform, there will be no refund. Thus, the buyer should make an informed decision while making a purchase.
